Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • Customized or special-order products are non-refundable unless they are defective.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@maxinteriordecor.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it with the same item or a comparable product. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product to arrange an exchange.
